Ingredients:
▪ 300 grams of lean beef rather
▪ 100 grams of green onion, slices were
▪ 2 bay leaves
▪ 4 kaffir lime leaves
▪ 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
▪ 2 cm galangal, crushed
▪ salt and pepper to taste

Complement Ingredients:
▪ Onions Fried
▪ Salted Eggs 3 eggs, halved
▪ Short Sprouts
▪ Tempe Fried
▪ Shrimp Crackers
▪ Rawon Condiment

Spices that:
▪ 4 grains of red onion
▪ 2 cloves garlic
▪ 4 items hazelnut
▪ 3 pieces kluwek, take it

How To Make:
1. Boil the beef was cut into small pieces until boiling.
2. Heat some cooking oil, saute until fragrant spices blended with lemongrass, galangal, bay leaves, and lime leaves. Remove and put into stew meat seasoning
3. Boil again until cooked through and tender beef. Water is added according to taste.
4. Season with pepper and salt. Insert slices of green onion, stir well and remove from heat.
5. Serve with rice and a sprinkling of onion that is complementary rawon fried, salted egg, fried tempeh, shrimp crackers, short sprouts.
6. Rawon ready to serve.
